Christmas shop-window contest is back for 2026
The council approved the seasonal display competition: useful if you run a street-facing shop.
At the 20 October executive meeting the Câmara approved running the 2026 Christmas shop-window contest (Concurso de Montras de Natal). Exact rules, dates and how to enter will sit on the municipal channels when the call opens. Treat this note as a heads-up, not the entry form.
If your shop faces a busy street in the centre or a commercial axis, watch the Câmara site and the usual merchant associations rather than waiting for a flyer that may never arrive.
