Which Andante do I need if I live in Gaia and work in Porto?

I am renting in Vila Nova de Gaia and the job is near Trindade. Do I buy a Porto-only ticket or a metropolitan one?

Gaia and central Porto are not the same zone on every product, and a ticket that only covers the city of Porto will not quietly include the bridge. Look at the zone map for the stop where you live and the stop where you work, then buy that, not the cheapest card in the machine. If you cross on weekdays, a monthly metropolitan pass usually costs less than paying each ride. The current prices and the Z2, Z3 and Z4 logic are in The Andante pass, without the jargon. Prices move, so the Andante page wins over this answer.
