Most pharmacies close on Sundays and holidays, but a rotating farmácia de serviço stays on duty. Check the notice on the door of your usual pharmacy, the national farmácias app/site, or ask SNS 24 if you also need clinical advice. Bring the prescription card or paper if you have one.

Hospital emergency is for emergencies, not for forgetting toothpaste. Late-night convenience stores are not pharmacies.
