How long does an AIMA appointment take to appear?
I submitted the AIMA contact form two weeks ago for a residence renewal and I still have no date. Is the system broken, or is this normal?

Long silence after the form is common in busy periods. It is not proof that the request vanished. Keep the submission receipt, check the email spam folder, and avoid sending five new forms with different subjects for the same case. That creates duplicate tickets.
While you wait, gather the documents the AIMA page for your route lists today, keep your passport valid, and do not book non-refundable travel that assumes a card you do not have. If your current title is about to expire, read AIMA’s own note on expired cards and pending appointments rather than a screenshot from 2023. The orientation page is AIMA appointments without the panic.
