Loja do Cidadão, public desks in one place

The Loja do Cidadão groups several public services: tax, social security and other state desks depending on the site. Porto’s shop is a common stop for new arrivals who need more than one stamp in the same morning.
Bring ID, numbers and patience. Opening hours and which desks sit where are on the official Portal do Cidadão pages. Do not trust a WhatsApp “helper” who wants your passwords in the queue.
